About Me

Following a lengthy career in the British Military, I have had my fair share of physical challenges and injuries. However, it was my own struggle with sciatica that sparked a new passion in order to help people in the same situation. 

After 9 months of dealing with the pain and frustration, I realised the impact a skilled massage therapist could have, both physically and mentally. That's when I decided to retrain and bring this expertise to others. 

I'm dedicated to helping people find relief from chronic pain and tension. Fully qualified and insured and drawing from my own experiences, I tailor each session to address your unique needs and help you to achieve optimal wellbeing.
